最近，身体老是出状况，再多的休息，依然感觉疲惫。
一盒午餐便当我只啃下一半，晚餐也随着被忽略了。
我知道，我的压力指数又飙升了！

八月开始，展开周日五天的茹素天。
从这个星期开始，将持续两个月的七天茹素。
身体的某部分，却对抗着青色的植物。

瑜伽，希望你能救救我吧~

Beauty Tips of the Week

Why bother to throw away all the packaging boxes of your cosmetics or skincare products once you bought it home?

It may turn your pinkish room into a very messy sampah collection centre, but hey! Dont forget about their functions except being a decorative dummy, okaysss?

Dang, you're right!

'The box is huge! Even though it has really nice design, paperback material but i've to throw it'way.'

Noooooo....do you realize that they printed the expiry date aka shell life at the bottom of the packaging? It's so important that it tells you when you shouldnt consume or use the products anymore..

Girls tend to think that 'Expensive' products, we need to save cost by using a very very little bit to avoid the bottle being empty in a blink time.

But instead of having the concept of save money save money, you'll never noticed that your cosmetics or skincare products actually expired for months or even years..

Nevermind?? Nooooo....it may cause skin allergy by having rashes!
Nevermind too?? Noooo..it may cause cancer too! (hope that this can horrified some of you, but it's true actually!)

Appreciate it nao? You should.

There's another way to solve this problem. If you really WANT TO DUMP the boxes. Write the expiry date at the bottom of the bottles, stickers as well.^^ But remember to refer it back always, unless you want to become red indian, hoho!

Another tips, the contact lense case and saline.

A good quality contact lense saline may cost you like 15 bucks or more per bottle ( SoloCare 3 for Rm38.80). I know, but if you want to stay pretty without specs on your face, take care of your eyes too!

Saline only can be used in 3 months once you opened the seal (also for EyeMo whatever so on..). It'll be contaminated by scary creatures like fungus and bacterias day by day, when you open and close, open and close, open and close....imagine that the bacteria grow in your eyes O.o

Do label it with the date you unseal it and throw it away after 3 months even it left 70% of it.

Wash your contact lense with load of saline everyday lah! FOR HYGIENE PURPOSE!

Contact lens case as well, i used to throw them away every month, as im bio-freak!

Went to Matta Fair and Book Fair for these two days, and wtf i spent a lot to fulfill my satisfaction, not really yet.

Got myself with those sets of Hong Kong O'slee things, and collect some free masks (4 in total), wuuhooo~

I do some collection of countries' maps, and plan for my coming backpack vacation *winks*

3 books (JingSi Amphorism, Huangdi Neijing and chinese novel)+2 magazines for today in KLCC Popular BookFest, and of course, some prezzie for my 3 little nephew and niece...^^

Cleo and Women's Weekly give lotsa of freebies for this month issues, Shishedo Zen(1mL) and Playboy Malibu Perfume (50mL), Uriage Eau Thermal Spa Water(150mL), Za True White Emulsion, 2 bottles of Herbal Essence travel-sized shampoo, Whisper's sanitary napkin, downy product and of course their biggie nice paperbag...omgomgomg O.o

But also, i'm broke once again......terrible =(

Step Up 3

Okayss, this is what actually happened on my Merdeka Day!

Finally, I've got my first bite of GCB, unofficially i've tried that in taiwan.

Then, squeezing into the cinema for Step Up 3, while I skipped for the previous 2!

Nice show, really! comedy perhapss.

I love Luke and Natalie, and the happily ever after make me, aawwwww!
