the mood is just keep downsloping, down and down.
today is really not my day, everything just goes wrong.
spending my whole fortnight to screen my cells with extract,
end up with not a very good comments from the supervisor.
trying so hard alone without any guidance all the way,
but still, cant meet the quality that dr.lim want. *sob*

need to work and think hard for this weekend,
think of a great solution to make both ends meet.

hope to start my HPLC next week, really hope so.
then EBV assay again, IC50, then GC-MS.
and please can somebody get their head onto the GC?
hope everything just follow with my plan. *pray really hard*

ahhhhhh~enough for the cell counting everyday! *scratching my head*
spending whole day long clicking on the cells using paint.
1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10..100..101..102...
62 images i've done for this two days, when im sick so terribly.
this coming friday will be the worst day ever.
guessing i'll be having more than 120 images to count for my weekend,
so that i'll be able to have a meet with supervisor for the upcoming steps.
god pray i could start my reverse phase column next week,
watching the water drops one by one again...

since some of my friends asking what im busy for, here it is~
the cancer cells that i get used to fed for this 2 months- raji cells.
this image shows that i put some drugs that promote it to grow,
with my plant extract that inhibit the growth too.
(okay, this image show my extract failed for inhibition lah!)

then, i put the cells on the slides with the addition of FITC (fluorescence
isothiocynate) labelled antibody.
then it start to blink blink if the cancer cells are healthy.
those that not blink were dead cells which mean they have been inhibited.
then i start to count the blink blink cells and the not blink blink cells loh!

=.my ever ever weekend partime job.=

this weekend spent on having my partime job, being a promoter selling hand sanitizer in jusco.

what kind of fun im having that? early in the morning the security guard wanted me to tie my hair up into a bun (aunty like~), and i wore like white polo tee, black pants with ugly black 'cock'shoe.

within a day, get to know lots of promoters there though, KTARians the most, sharon, yen, matthew, melissa the little mei mei, nesvita boy, tropicana orange juice boy, and aunties. of course, i turned to aunty also, grabbing all those cookies which usually rm19.90 and just sold to the staff for rm2! what a deal! of course grab as much as i can. for my breakfast, lunch or dinner, even supper. first day, i just got to sold 9 bottles of sanitizer (i know im lousy and lazy ones..)

sunday morning, i was so eager and try to hard sell my sanitizer. within 1 hour i got to sell out 4 bottles, so happy~! *thunder* the supervisor switch me to AU2 setiawangsa..toot~ i just got to know so many friends here and i start to work well and you switch me like that huh?! no choice, have to go..

once reach there, haha got to know a new ktarian also, yy..selling tiger balm stuff. spending whole day talked with her while selling on my things very aggressively though~! end up today, 26 small bottles ones with 3 big bottles one, GOOD SALES~for me lah!

there's something to comment, why my supervisor just spend their whole day spot on me?! the rest just meet them 5 minutes a day and just go off. this makes me freaking stress and the item is obviously more expensive, so harder to promote loh!

phew, finish of my first week. get my salary at least, time to repair my p-zhai door control. *money with wings* tomorrow again, my lab session again. i have a restless week though. ^^

it was just totally nightmare for me.
7pm, skipped my lunch and dinner, by only having 180kcal energy bar.
7.45pm, going for kid's tuition until 9.30pm.
10pm, started to get into with my planning for cell harvest protocol.
12am, end my planning and started to packed, ready to go to bed.
12.10am, stomach start to grumble on me, forcing me rush into toilet.
12.20am, second time.
12.40am, third time.
1.15am, fourth time...certified - diarrhoea.
1.30am, it's better and i fall asleep after all.
5.30am, AGAIN.
5.40am, cant stand the hard feeling, apply chinese herbs medicine.
5.50am, slowly fall asleep again.
6.30am, alarm clock rang, time to go for my lab again.
8.30am, start to capturing almost 50 photos for my raji cells.
9.10am, transfering the cells into eppendof tubes, one by one.
9.45am, start to cell counting, 21 x 4 = 84 blocks to count~!
12.25pm, start to spin down my cells for 10 minutes.
12.35pm, remove supernatant, adding PBS, resuspend..x3
2pm, rushing to alpha angle for some emergency meetup.
3pm, continue with the teflon-slide preparation.
4.30pm, waiting for the PBS in the slides to DRY NATURALLY.
4.45pm, cell culture in big flasks.
5pm, preparation for the FITC sub-stock.
5.20pm, damn slides still NOT YET DRY.
5.45pm, finally it looks dry...fixed with ice-cold acetone, 10 mins.
5.55pm, finally i get done with my job. clean up everything.
6.10pm, fetch kitson to LRT station.
6.30pm, badly jam, finally reached genting klang.
6.50pm, finally, my dinner after a cup of coffee this morning.

=.when the papers end part three.=

thursday, a very normal day, busy with my TLC in my PTC lab until late evening.

friday, that's the day of the journey up to the north!
went to utar as usual for my raji cells in the morning, meet up with joo them and travel withjern khang's vios up to kampar for UTAR~ the day was so hot and i felt flame was burning on my top.

however, once we reach utar main entrance, we have turned into monkey from KL, hoping and wowing for the huge utar in kampar, and we took lots of lame photos from the campus that we usually cannot found in setapak utar. we dont really got the chance and the guide to go into every building and library also. and within 1 hour, we leave utar and get to town craving for lunch.

next, we take another 1and half hour to reach lumut sitiawan joo's hometown. her house was huge with three storey huh. without any hesitate, we went out to the beach near to her house for a walk, for some pictures. at night, was having seafood dinner with joo's family~crabby and coconut night! thanks joo's daddy~

dont mix up~ it's just the beach of sitiawan but it looks really nice huh.

saturday morning, here we go pangkor island~! we spent rm60 for going round the island and took some pix. i just randomly pick some and post at here. final destination we reach the beach. we didnt go into the water since we dont have that plan too. we do some funny pix taking and having fun with the sand. the weather was nice when the sun hide behind the cloud. we spent for around 5 hours plus in pangkor then we toot toot back to sitiawan and ready for our last night in lumut!

at night, we just going round sitiawan to capture some pix and enjoy the peace environment that we never found in KL.walking around, blowing water and having some drinks at the cafe near the seaside. was really peace and enjoy it rather than dancing in the club. maybe that's my lifestyle~

this cafe is a good place for couples. english classical songs around that warm the environment down to romantic phenomena.

the next day morning, packing and we ready to get back to KL. everyone was just - exhausted.

as usual, i went to utar AGAIN for my final year project. but in the evening, we're ready to travel down to sungai buloh. pickup joo joo and jern khang, then we boo boo down to klang.for niew niew's 21st birthday celebration~

we end our last paper at 4. and right after that, we're having our dinner. the day was so hot and we chose to be chilled in the winter session. nothing much. eat talk joke..simple as that. and the guys were trying on macro techniques with our foods, poor us for waiting them before we can start to 'garpu-ing'~

i have tuition with little fang yiak at 8.30pm so we end our dinner within 2 hours.
